Here at Colson X-Cel Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a true engineering company by manufacturing of all our major components. In utilising the 15 on-site CNC machines we gain total production control and flexibility in our manufacturing operation. With our new CNC CMM we can measure all critical dimensions accurately and ensure that assembly is carried out quickly. This also ensures that parts are dimensionally accurate and testing rarely produces failures. Larger projects can be accommodated by using in-group access to the additional 50 CNC machines. If it’s not machined in-house it will be machined within the group.
